Who are we? We have gained rich professional experiences through our respective positions in domains like Organization and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for leading business, sale, industrial and services companies in France and in emerging countries, especially ASEAN 3 countries: Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.  
We are conversant with sourcing machinery, “step by step” validation, decision taking, realization of services and partnership contracts, modeling of scalable solutions, putting in operation of deliveries and monitoring of Operational Systems. This was gained through our experiences in 2 main roles we have taken with multidisciplinary responsibilities in companies that have entrusted our services: 
* Customer / Procurement officer for strategic consulting, organization and facilitation and operational system management for internal customers. 
* Supplier / Vendor of “custom-built” solutions from engineering consulting companies for the ordering parties. |
